Halpin Development realized that many older industrial or manufacturing buildings could be redeveloped into a modern Class A industrial complexes.

In 2018 we redeveloped the Fort Pitt Bridgeworks building in Canonsburg, PA, just south of Pittsburgh, into a modern industrial facility.
