Development Markets

Halpin Development grew out of the realization that many secondary and tertiary markets were ignored.  We have used our knowledge over the past 30 years to develop Class A industrial complexes in such markets as Pittsburgh, Louisville, Raleigh-Durham, Milwaukee, Jacksonville, Denver, Greenville, Charleston and Phoenix.  Currently, we have planned developments in markets with growth opportunities and/or tenant needs.
